I know we do good work with people. It’s work that’s needed and invaluable. But what I discovered for myself is, there’s something more. We can take things a little further. We can learn how to get to joy.

Make Friends with Thinking

One of the surest ways to joy is to make friends with every thought you think. Concepts are only helpful until they’re not, so let’s thank the ones that are no longer serving us and lovingly move to concepts that do serve us.

Love Your Body

Your body is a collection of 50 billion cells! They are wise and they are your friends.  Once you begin to partner with this collection of cells, you’ll never be alone again.

Transform Your World

Transforming your external world starts with transforming your inner world. Let’s go inside for our answers. Our bodies, thoughts and emotions all hold just what we need in order to get clear.

I'm Erin Cutshall

I’ve lived through my share of suffering. I still struggle on occasion, but the thing is, I live a lot of my life in joy. I reach a place of bliss daily and spend much of each day loving the life I have. I know that’s not how most people live and so I want to share the things that got me here. I am a Master Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation, a Master Equus Facilitator through the Center for Equus Coaching and a Martha Beck Master Coach, with an MBA in Organizational Leadership, a certification through the Robert K Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership and a Certified Byron Katie Facilitator through Clarity Coaching. In additional to having my own Life and Equus Coaching businesses, I am currently the owner of and an instructor at the Center for Equus Coaching and I’m an instructor and mentor for the Wayfinder Life Coach Training. And, I’d love to share my story with you.
